Jason J Hall founded Milk Cow Creative in February, 2004 in an effort to formalize what he had been doing for the previous 6 years as a freelance print and web designer, creative writer, graphic design instructor, disk jockey, etc. The "Creative" part encapsulates this variety of artistic and creative passions under one roof.
